TagXL does not collect, store, or share any personal data such as name, phone number, address, photo, contacts, or location.

2. NFC Tag Reading

  • TagXL uses NFC to scan asset tags.
  • No personal information is stored in or extracted from NFC tags.
  • NFC scanning occurs only when the user intentionally scans a tag.

3. Camera Access (For QR Code Scanning Only)

  • The app requests access to your device’s camera.
  • We do not capture or store photos or videos through the camera.

4. Security of Your Data

We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

6. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
